Jeff Quinney of Scottsdale, AZ came from behind Sunday to win the Canadian Tour's $150,000 Bay Mills Open. The 2000 U.S. Amateur Champion fired a final-round 2-under 70 for a four-day total of 6-under 282 and a one-shot triumph over Mario Tiziani and Dave Christensen. Jonn Drewery (Cambridge, ON) and Rob McMillan (Winnipeg, MB) were the top Canadians, tied for sixth with three others at 2-under 286.
